Purchases
To make a purchase through the Service, we may ask for payment details such as your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and related information.

You'll need a valid payment method on file to maintain a subscription. Please make sure your billing details — name, address, and payment information — are accurate and up to date. By providing this information, you authorize Warpindex to charge your payment method for all applicable subscription fees.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial for certain subscription plans at our discretion.
We might ask for your billing details when you sign up for a free trial.
If you provide billing information, you won't be charged until the trial ends. Once the trial period is over, your subscription will automatically begin and you'll be billed at the standard rate — unless you cancel before the trial expires.
We can modify or discontinue any free trial offer at any time without prior notice.
Fee Changes
We may adjust subscription pricing at any time. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We'll give you advance notice before any pricing change so you have the opportunity to cancel if you prefer.
If you continue using the Service after a price change goes into effect, that counts as your acceptance of the new pricing.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Content
The Service lets you upload, share, store, and post information, text, images, videos, and other materials ("Content"). You are solely responsible for any Content you share through the Service, including making sure it's legal and appropriate.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts involved in copyright infringement.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WARPINDEX MAKES NO WARRANTIES — EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — REGARDING THE SERVICE, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH IT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limitation Of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARPINDEX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LEGAL FEES, AND LITIGATION COSTS — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY (CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE), AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If we don't enforce a particular provision of these Terms, that doesn't mean we're waiving our right to do so later. If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest will still apply. These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Warpindex regarding the Service and replace any previous agreements on the same subject.
